We’re so excited to get your order to you! Every delivery is a chance to help you feel your best – and we take that seriously (while keeping it fun, of course). Here’s everything you need to know about how your beauty and fragrance favourites arrive at your door.


🚚 Delivery Options & Pricing

✨ Standard Delivery – £2.99
Tracked and delivered within 2–3 working days when you order before 8pm.
Free for orders over £40 – go ahead, treat yourself.
Tracked for peace of mind. Signature may be required.

⚡ Royal Mail Tracked 24 – £4.99
Need it fast? Our 24-hour shipping option delivers next working day when you order before 8 pm (Monday to Friday).
Orders placed after 8 pm or over the weekend will be dispatched the next working day.
We’ll send you a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse so you can follow its journey to your door.


📝 Important Info to Keep in Mind

  • Our Delivery Partners: We work with trusted third-party carriers (like Royal Mail) who do their best to deliver on time. While delays are rare, things like severe weather, local disruptions, or other factors beyond their control can occasionally impact timelines. If something comes up, we’ll do our best to keep you in the loop.

  • Missing or Damaged Items:
    Received your parcel and something’s not quite right? Let us know within 72 hours of receipt so we can sort it quickly. Be sure to keep all original packaging just in case we need to investigate or request a return.

  • 🚨 Lost in Transit

    We know how disappointing it is when your parcel seems to vanish and we promise to sort it as quickly as possible.

All orders include full tracking, and you’ll receive your tracking link from us by email or text once your order leaves our warehouse.

If your parcel hasn’t arrived when expected:

1️⃣ Check tracking first:
Sometimes Royal Mail marks items as “delivered” a few hours early or a day before final delivery. You can also check with neighbours or your local delivery office.

2️⃣ When to contact us:
If your parcel hasn’t arrived after 3 working days for Tracked 24 or after 5 working days for Standard/Tracked 48, please get in touch so we can investigate with Royal Mail on your behalf.
We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

3️⃣ When we can replace or refund:
Royal Mail officially classifies a parcel as lost after:

  • 10 working days from dispatch (Tracked 24)

  • 15 working days from dispatch (Standard/Tracked 48)

Once that period has passed and they confirm it’s missing, we’ll immediately issue either a replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer.

4️⃣ How we’ll make it painless:
We might ask you to complete a quick non-receipt declaration form (it takes less than a minute and helps us close the claim). After that, we’ll sort the rest with Royal Mail — no long forms or chasing needed on your side.


⏸️ Supply Interruptions

We may need to pause a delivery if:

  • We’re updating the product to meet new legal or safety requirements

  • You request a product change

  • We encounter a technical hiccup

In these rare cases, we’ll contact you as soon as possible unless it’s an emergency. We’ll never leave you in the dark.

📦 Ownership & Responsibility

Ownership of the goods passes to you once full payment has been received.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you when your order is delivered to the address you provided.

If your parcel arrives damaged or doesn’t show up, please contact us and we’ll help resolve it quickly.
