1. Delivery charges
1.1 Delivery costs:
Last Delivery Date for Father's Day: 16th June before 2pm. (Selected Royal Mail 24 Next Day at checkout).
UK standard delivery: £2.99 or Free when you spend over £25.
UK Next Day Delivery: £3.99 (order before 2pm Monday to Friday (receive Monday – Saturday))
NB Next Day Delivery to the British Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland has a delivery estimate of 8 working days and cannot be delivered on Saturdays or Sundays.
Excludes AB31, AB33-38, AB44-56 & IV30-32 area postcodes only. Scottish Highlands includes postcodes: FK17-99, G83, IV1-28, IV33-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-33, PA34-40, PH18- 26, PH30, PH31-41, PH49-50, AB36-38, AB55-56 and all IV postcodes. 2. Cancellation and Returns Policy
2.1 The Cancellation and Returns Policy applies when there is no fault with the products you have ordered. If there is a fault, please see section 8, “Defective Products”, instead. Our Cancellation and Returns Policy intend to be legal, fair and equitable for you, us, our suppliers and other Customers; we aim to treat you as we ourselves would expect to be treated.
2.2 Right for you to make changes/cancel your contract.
If you wish to make a change to the goods you have ordered, please contact us. We will let you know if the change is possible. If it is possible we will let you know about any changes to the price of the goods, the timing of supply or anything else which would be necessary as a result of your requested change and ask you to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the change. If we cannot make the change or the consequences of making the change are unacceptable to you, you may want to end the contract.
Exercising your right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) applies to most goods bought online and you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery and receive a refund. However, please note that you do not have the right to cancel in respect of any sealed goods once they have been unsealed.
To cancel your order, please write a letter or send an email to us stating that you wish to exercise your statutory right to cancel, including your full name, address and order number. Please address any letters to Beauty Scent; Churchill Point, Lake Edge Green, Trafford Park Road, Manchester, M17 1BL. If you decide to contact us by email, we will aim to reply confirming receipt of the email within two working days. Your item must be re-packaged securely and sent to us within 14 days of the date you notified us of your intention to cancel. Please note you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered items to you in error or the item is faulty. If you do not return the item within 14 days, we may either withhold the refund or arrange for collection of the item from you at your cost.
We reserve the right to deduct monies from refunds where the goods show signs of unreasonable use leading to diminished value.
2.3 If you cancel your order before the item has been dispatched then we will be able to give you a full refund for your order. Please be aware that orders are processed automatically and, as we offer a next working day service, they are dispatched quickly.
2.4 If you cancel your order after it has been dispatched then the item will need to be returned. Please be aware that if you refuse delivery of an item, the cost of the return carriage will be deducted from your refund. If you refuse an item because it is damaged, then please see section 8, “Defective Products”, instead.
2.5 Cancelled and returned items will be re-credited as soon as possible after the products, if dispatched, have been returned and inspected. As set out above, for returned items we reserve the right to deduct the cost of return carriage and a fee, that depends on the state of the returned products and packaging, from the amount we re-credit to you.
3. Cancellation by us
3.1 We reserve the right to cancel your order if there is insufficient stock; or we do not deliver the products you have ordered to your area; or the pricing was incorrect.
3.2 If we cancel your order, we will notify you by e-mail and will credit you as soon as possible.
4. Delivery of products to you
4.1 Delivery of the products you ordered will be made to the delivery address you give us at the time of your order. Please ensure you check the delivery address to make sure it is accurate. We cannot be held responsible and accept no liability for any incorrectly entered delivery addresses.
4.2 Delivery will be made as soon as possible following your order.
4.3 Ownership of the products passes to you on delivery. After that, we have no further liability for loss, theft or destruction of the products.
4.4 When ordering the goods for delivery overseas your order maybe subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. International deliveries are subject to opening and inspections by customs authorities.
During periods of severe weather conditions all our delivery methods may take longer than expected. We aim to keep you informed of any developments. We always advise you place your orders with plenty of time, especially when forces beyond our control come into play. If there is a substantial delay, you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any goods you have paid for but not received.
If you are not at home when the goods are delivered and no one is available at your address to take delivery and the goods cannot be posted through your letterbox, we will leave you a note informing you of how to rearrange delivery or collect the goods from a local depot. Goods that are returned to us will incur a further delivery charge.
If you do not rearrange delivery after a failed delivery or collect them from a delivery depot, we will contact you for further instructions and may charge you for storage costs and any further delivery costs. If despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to re-arrange delivery we may end the contract at our discretion.
Please ensure that the delivery address you enter is correct as we will not be liable for failed delivery due to inaccurate information provided by you.
