Q. Where is my order?

A. You’re orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day from receipt of order and is shipped using the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. If your order is for 5 units or over then this will be sent by DPD. You can track your order through their websites using the tracking number given on your e-mail.

 

Q. My order says delivered but I haven’t received it.

A. Sometimes couriers don’t carry enough cards with them to notify you of delivering to a neighbour. Please check with your local neighbours. If they don’t have it then please check with Royal Mail to see if they have taken it back your local depot for collection. Again if no luck with that please get in touch with our customer service who can assist you in raising a claim and getting a full refund.

 

Q. What is the returns procedure?

A. We can only accept returns for Faulty or damaged items. Although we do send out your item in the best possible condition there is always a risk of the item being damaged in transit. If you receive your item and its leaking or the bottle is smashed please contact our customer service and provide pictures of the bottle and packaging it came in. This will help us claim for damages and process your refund a lot quicker. If your item is faulty i.e., Spray not working, please contact our customer services and if possible provide a video of the spray not working and we will work with you to issue a refund or replacement if possible. If you change your mind about the product you have 30days from delivery to send this back but the product must still be sealed in its original packaging. If the product is open or used then we cannot accept a return or issue a refund.

 

Q. Are all your products authentic?

A. Yes! 100%. We strictly do not deal in fakes, replicas or copycats. We work with the UK’s leading distributor of branded fragrances who source all of their products directly from the approved suppliers.
